CSDA has reviewed the 2,632 bills (plus another six in a special session) introduced in the California State Legislature prior to the February 17 bill introduction deadline—the most bills introduced in over a decade. The CSDA Legislative Committee is in the process of collaborating to adopt initial positions on legislation affecting special districts.
